Simon Fields
Award-winning London native and Stowe School alum, Fields cut his teeth in London's TV commercial scene before co-founding Limelight with Steve Barron in 1982. This multimedia powerhouse, with bases in LA and London, made waves with iconic ads for Calvin Klein and Nike, and hit films like "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles." As the creative force behind Limelight, Fields steered the company to the forefront of music videos, garnering numerous awards for innovative projects with Michael Jackson, Madonna, Prince, Peter Gabriel, A-Ha, David Bowie and a myriad of others. Venturing into cinema, he teamed up with Peter Chelsom to produce critically acclaimed films including the London Critics Circle Film Award-winning "Funny Bones," “Hear My Song” and the box-office hits "Serendipity" and "Shall We Dance." Simon's partnership with Jennifer Lopez led to the formation of Nuyorican Productions in 2003, serving as its President until 2013, and bringing to life projects like "Bordertown" and the MTV series "Dancelife." His recent endeavors include running Fields Entertainment and executive producing the Freeform series "The Fosters," continuing his legacy in both scripted and unscripted content.
